Good evening, it takes about 40 minutes on foot from our B&B to the center of Florence. Near us there are 3 bus lines that arrive in the center in about 15 minutes.

Good afternoon, For accommodation in the rooms we serve buffet breakfast. The accommodation in the apartment, instead, does not have breakfast

The one bedroom with terrace sleeps 5 people. Please confirm bedding? It says it has 2 sofa beds. Are the sofa beds double? We are a family of 5 and want 1 room for all of us together but children are young adults. It says it has attached bathroom?

The accomodation for 5 guests is a whole apartment. There is a room with double bed, a room with twin beds, a living room with single sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a terrace. The apartment is provided by bed linen and towels.

Exceptional
Very beautiful old villa that makes you feel the atmosphere of the old times. Very beautiful garden and the owners are taking a lot of care of the gardening which looks perfect. The breakfast was wonderful. The staff was very kind and helping. I highly recommend.

Very Good
We enjoyed the location very much and the property is very attractive,it has good facilities. A very nice experience overall.
Bad hospitality experience: We didn’t like the staff approach, very bad customer service, it wasn’t pleasant at all. We just asked the lady there to let us stay 3 people in a room (as a family), we assumed that it was not originally planned for us to be 3, but later our daughter joined us on vacation. The woman there didn't want it in any way, she didn't have a bit of understanding and empathy, even though we explained it to her, she cited the fact that in Italy that's the law, 2 people in one room. Very bad of her, that's not how you attract customers, you drive them away. It's a shame about the accommodation and location, which is awesome... Thank you!

Very Good
Wenn you rent the appartement... the view is amazing.
There is no possibility to get breakfast at the appartement ... maybe a breakfast basket would be a possible sollution.
